Subscription & Billing Terms

These Subscription & Billing Terms ("Billing Terms") supplement the Terms of Service and apply to paid subscriptions for RQuants, operated by Syntx LLC, a New York limited liability company.

Plans and pricing

Subscription plans (currently Beginner, Intermediate, and Pro), feature entitlements, and pricing are published on our Pricing page. Plans may be billed monthly or annually. Annual subscriptions are typically presented as an effective monthly rate.

Features vary by tier, including symbol coverage, Radar access, streaming data, portfolio tools, and broker connection limits. We may modify plan features or pricing as described in Section 8.

Billing authorization and auto-renewal

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize Syntx LLC and our designated payment processor to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date:

Monthly plans renew each month on the billing anniversary
Annual plans renew each year on the billing anniversary

You are responsible for maintaining current payment information. We will present the renewal terms, price, and cancellation method clearly at or before the time of purchase.

To avoid future charges, cancel before your renewal date using account settings (when available) or by emailing [email protected] from your registered email address.

Taxes

Fees are exclusive of applicable sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes imposed on your purchase other than taxes based on Syntx LLC's net income.

Early access and promotional periods

We may grant complimentary or discounted access during early-access or promotional periods. When a promotional period ends, standard Billing Terms apply unless we provide different written terms at enrollment.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing cycles; it does not entitle you to a refund for fees already paid except where required by law.

After cancellation, paid features typically remain available through the end of the current billing period, after which your account may revert to a free tier or limited access as configured in the Service.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in a written promotion, all fees are non-refundable, including partial billing periods. Billing disputes must be reported to [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the charge.

Residents of jurisdictions with mandatory refund or cancellation rights retain those statutory rights.

Failed payments and chargebacks

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, suspend premium features, or terminate access after reasonable notice. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

Price and plan changes

We may change subscription prices or plan features. For renewing subscribers, material price increases will be communicated in advance when practicable (typically at least thirty (30) days before the next renewal). Continued use after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance for subsequent renewal periods.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. The processor's terms govern payment handling. Syntx LLC does not store complete payment card numbers on its servers.
